Le Galion Whip Eau de Parfum 100ml
Whip was created in 1953, just before the wave of Eaux Fraîches (a more persistent take on cologne) that other brands launched afterwards. At the time, men were still cautious about wearing perfume, so Paul Vacher made sure to add a touch of masculine power to this incredibly fresh and easy-to-wear scent. Soon enough, women adopted it too, making it unisex.
This authentic Eau Fraîche opens with a bang. Citrus and herbs flow in a refreshing breeze. A jasmine veil spiced with cardamom softly sings a woody chypre melody.
FRAGRANCE NOTES:
Top: Lemon, Calabrian bergamot, tarragon, lavender, cardamom
Heart: Jasmine, violet, iris, galbanum
Base: Oakmoss, vetiver, patchouli
If the size is sold out, it can still be purchased, but with approximately 1 week extra delivery time, as it will then have to be ordered from the supplier.

Le Galion is a French perfume house founded in 1930 by the chemist and perfumer Prince Murat.
However, the house had its real breakthrough when perfumer Paul Vacher took over in 1935. Vacher was already a recognized creator, known for his works with brands such as Lanvin and Dior.
Under his leadership, Le Galion became known for sophisticated and elegant fragrances, which gained popularity both in France and internationally. Among the most iconic fragrances was "Sortilège" from 1936, which became a symbol of elegance and glamour in its time.
In the 1980s, the brand almost disappeared from the market, but it was revived in 2014, when Le Galion was relaunched with respect for the house's classic heritage. Many of the original recipes were rediscovered and reinterpreted to bring the brand into the present without losing its historical and luxurious character.
